Shelaidah Dairy is a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd. established in 1997 in Kumarkhali, Khustia. It is one of the fastest growing dairy firms in Bangladesh manufacturing branded dairy food products for local markets. The firm has started with only one product named ULTRA Fresh Milk. Now it has a number of products like-Fresh Milk, Flavoured Milk, Sweetened Yogurt, Sour Yogurt, Ghee and also has many other products in the pipeline. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individual for the following position in Shelaidah Dairy-

Location: Consumer Health Division Khagan, Birulia, Savar

Job Responsibilities:

  • Online Sales & Delivery; Manage online listings, handle customer queries, and coordinate order fulfillment
  • Customer Service; Provide support before and after sales, manage returns, and gather feedback
  • Social Media Management; Grow and engage followers, respond to messages, and monitor competitors
  • Event Coordination; Plan, execute, and evaluate events aligned with company goals
  • Reporting & Assigned Tasks; Prepare sales reports and complete tasks assigned by management.
